At Australias Best Florist Network, your satisfaction is most important to us. We take great pride in our work, our florists and our network, we are committed to ensuring your gift will be delivered as you have ordered.

Mothers Day, cut-off time for guaranteed deliveries for Mothers Day will be Friday 6th 5.00pm. Any orders after this time may be delivered on Sunday depending on on the area, we will endeavour to deliver all orders by Sunday but if not possible will deliver on Monday.

Also some areas within Australia may not have a Sunday delivery service we will send these orders on Saturday,or if received too late, we will send them out on Monday. Please be assured that we will do all that is possible to have your flowers delivered in time for Mothers Day, but to some areas it may not be possible. 

Please note due to the large amount of orders going out on Mothers Day we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries but will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible. Some Saturday orders may also be delivered on Sunday owing to a large amount of orders being delivered or area location.

On Mothers Day we may need to substitute some flowers for another quality flower due to unavailabity and in the need to get your order delivered.

Mothers Day Delivery Confirmations.

We cannot give delivery confirmations until the next day, until we have all courier details in our office.


Our Australias Best website charges a $10.00 delivery to all States, althought some areas are restricted and very remote and may incur a higher fee, if this is the case we will ring you and ask if you would like to pay the extra delivery or cancell the order.

 If we are given a wrong address and we have to re-deliver the order you may be asked for a delivery fee, as we will do only one delivery per order. We will do our best to deliver to all suburbs if order is placed before cut off time, on special occasion days please note the cut off for such orders.

Some flowers may have to be substituted if the area is restricted or remote due to less flowers availability and deliveries. If the flowers are unavailable and all efforts to obtain them have been persued and the customer offered a substitute but declines to accept it,we will refund the credit card less a $15.00 fee.

We give $5.00 off flowers (not add ons. the flower value must be $50.00 or over) if you write Online in the promo box, if the order is under $50.00 it will divert back to the original price when processing. Not available with any other offer.Only available for Online orders.

Baskets, may vary due to floristry stocks in differant states, also fruit may be differant due to seasonal availability.

If your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order.

 If the recipient is not at the deliver address you have given, our  couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. Please be sure of the address as we are not responsible for wrong address. If you do not want us to leave your flowers please write in the delivery instructions "Do Not Leave" will pay for another delivery.

If the courier is unable to leave the order e.g in secure buildings or flats, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional (up to)$15.00 delivery fee. Please be careful with locked apartments as we can lose the flowers due to non-delivery and having to have them returned to the florist and re-delivered.

Hospitals, if the patient has left the hospital we will have to charge a delivery fee to the home address, so be very careful with hospitals deliveries especially maternity patients when the hospital stay can be very short and we may have to re-deliver. We do check hospitals first before sendng out, but sometimes the patient leaves while we are in the process of delivering which we cannot take responsibility for.

If you have any quiries regarding your order please call us before re-ordering.We will send you a confirmation email, often these emails are confused with Spam so please check your computer. If we have any problems with your order we will call you or email you.   We will not refund orders that ...e.g no confirmation email etc. error message or ordered twice from differant florist, or mistakes etc. e.g... I didnt accept the terms and conditions or I thought it didnt go throught, please be careful when using your credit card if you are in doubt that we have received your order please call us on 1800 063 063 or email us and we will tell you straight away. If an order is placed it cannot be cancelled on the delivery day as it will be with the florist or courier.


Delivery Times.
Same day delivery if ordered by 12.00 pm. EST. monday to friday.( If ordered after 12.00pm,we will do our best for same day delivery but cannot guarantee it.)

Please do not request a certain time on your order without organising it with Phone Consultant, (FREECALL 1800 063 063) or email we cannot guarantee any times withour prior arrangement and will not be responsible for any orders put through for a certain time without approval.

All orders for funerals will be given priority and phoned direct to the florist, but please give us enough time to have flowers made up and delivered by the courier.

To all business address we will deliver before 5.00pm.  If the recipient is leaving work before 5.00pm please include the time in the delivery notes. Residences before

Same day delivery if ordered by 12.00 pm Monday to Friday 10.00 EST.Saturday.

Any orders received after cut-off time will be delivered the next working day.

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery as they would already be in preparation or transit. 

Also we cannot change delivery addresses once an order has been prepared and is in transit, we do need a reasonable amount of time prior to delivery to change address, this may also incur a fee or a cancellation fee if the order is cancelled.

Sunday deliveries.

We do not have an Australia wide delivery service on Sundays but in some areas we can arrange delivery, but we must receive the order by 10.00 am on a Saturday.  Delivery is not be possible to all areas, so we will send the order out on Saturday or Monday depending on when we receive the order. A cancellation fee of $15.00 applies, if you wish to cancel the order after it has been placed.

Except Mothers Day, when we will have a full delivery service.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, but will do our best to delivery as close as possible to the time requested. Delivery times are effected by the time we receive the order and couriers, so while we would like to deliver as requested it is not always possible.

In some areas e.g. restricted areas, we may not be able to deliver on the day requested, if so, we will delivery on the next delivery day for that area.

Valentines Day 

Order must be placed at least 24 hours prior,  cut off 5.00pm 13/02/07 for guaranteed deliveries on Valentines day.

Please do not request a certain time on your order without organising it with Phone Consultant, (FREECALL 1800 063 063) or email we cannot guarantee any times withour prior arrangement and will not be responsible for any orders put through for a certain time without approval. If you request a special time we will inform the florist of your request, but no guarantees will be given due to the large amount of orders being delivered on Valentines Day.

No timed deliveries for Valentines Day, witout prior approval by a Phone Consultant see paragraph above, all orders to business will be delivered by 5.00 pm. Please do not ask for very early deiveries as the flowers have to be made up and delivered, and there will be many orders on the day.

We cannot give delivery confirmations until Monday the 16th when we receive the drivers run sheets back to the office.

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery as they would already be in preparation or transit. 

For late Orders placed on 14th of February,Valentines Day, we cannot promise same day deliveries, we will take every care to see that your order is delivered on Valentines Day, by allocating it to the nearest florist, but if it is not possible to delivery due to the high number of deliveries, we will deliver on Monday the 16th.


No deliveries on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. All orders received for this period will be sent on Easter Saturday or received after Saturday cut off time (10.00am EST) will be delivered on Tuesday the 25th of March.

We cannot guarantee delivery times but will ask the sending florist to do as close as possible to the time requested.

With all our Easter Baskets we will try to send out the same as the image but in some case we may have to substitute a product for a similar one of equal value if the original is unvailable due to heavy demand of this product. Easter baskets may vary from State to State depending on the availability of the products in the differant States if this occurs we will ask our florist to substitute with a similar product of similar quality.

Credit Cards.

We use a secure server to process your credit cards, we do not keep your cards on our web-site, so you can be confident when ordering on-line with us. We do take credit card fraud seriously and will safeguard your credit card details at all times. Please be aware that for large orders we may request a photocopy (back and front) of your credit card and drivers License as well as your full name and address before we send out your order.

Our florist network, will make every effort to fill your order according to the picture displayed,if we need to substitute a flower or item because of seasonal factors or unavailability, we will use a flower or item of similar
value  as the one ordered. 
An item containing seasonal flowers may be differant to the one displayed, due to seasonal availability of flowers.When necessary, we reserve the right to automatically substitute flowers of similar value, colour and style, in order to deliver your important gift on time.


If a customer orders a Vase with a boxed arrangement we will presume that they want the flowers placed in a vase rather than the box and will make the flowers into a bouquet and placed them in the vase.

you cancel your order once it has been placed we will offer a full refund back to your credit card minus a $15.00 administration charge.

We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be on their way.

We will send you a Tax Invoice when your order is processed, sometimes these are regarded as Spam by the your computer and deleted, not receiving a Tax Invoice cannot be accepted as a reason for cancellation when the order is in process. If you have any reason to think your order has not been processed please call us on 1800 063 063. If we have any problems with your order or credit card we will ring you ASAP.


Please be careful when filling in your order form and make sure that the name and address is that of the recipient and not your own the sender, as we cannot be responsible for orders that are mistakenly addressed to yourself,and cannot refund in such cases, as the order will have been filled and delivered to yourself.

Also please be careful when ordering extras from the dropdown menus as we will have to deliver what you have ordered even if you have accidently ordered an item while browsing.

Please check your receipt carefully and email or ring us ASAP if you have made a mistake so we can alter it before it is made and delivered,after such time we cannot correct it.

Delivery Confirmations.

We cannot give delivery confirmations until the next day, until we have all courier details in our office.

Fathers Day,

We will deliver on Sunday wherever possible, if there isnt a delivery service within the area, we will send out the order on Saturday. If we receive the order too late for Saturday and we do not have a Sunday service we will deliver on Monday. See also Sunday deliveries.

Australia Day Holiday 26th

All orders received before 1.00pm on Thursday the 25th will be sent out on the 25th, if it is for a restricted delivery or if couriers have all ready left for that area for the day we will send out on Saturday the 27th

Christmas Deliveries and New Year Deliveries

Christmas Deliveries,

All orders placed after 10am on Thursday 24th December will be delivered on the next available courier which may be on Tuesday 29th December 2009. We apologise for any inconvenience and wish you all a safe and Merry Christmas.

No restricted areas can be guaranteed after Thursday the 20th of December

No deliveries on Christmas Day 25th, Boxing Day 26th and 27th of December.

28th December - 31st December as per normal.

No Deliveries 1st and 2nd of January.

Cut off time for Christmas will be 10.00 am 24th of December, althought we will endeavor to deliver all orders placed before 1.00pm on Christmas Eve. If you have a quiry please feel free to call us on 1800 063 063  or email us at

Melbourne Cup Day

No deliveries in Melbourne and Victoria, cut-off will be as normal on the previous Monday 1.30pm, all orders received after this will be delivered on Wednesday.

All other States as per normal.

  Public Holidays

Whenever there is a Public Holiday and delivery is requested for these days we will deliver on the next working day. See list of public holidays at bottom of this page.


Generally  Standard size refers to a Mini-box size,Medium to a Medium Box and Large to a Large box size. 

If there are only two sizes the one displayed will be the standard and the large size a larger version with more flowers, unless otherwise stated.

Hampers Substitions

If some items are unavailable, we will substitute other items of equivalent or greater value. Where there are two prices, the flower and gourmet hampers pictured represent the starting value. Choose the higher value and your order will be increased in size/value compared to the image pictured.


We will try to deliver a teddy as close to the image as possible but Foristry supplies change continuously and we may no longer have any of the same teddy in stock, if this is the case we will ask for an item as close as possible to the image. This also applies to images that have wine or special coloured boxes or vases etc, we will try to use a similar item.

Items with Alcohol

Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.


Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to Australias Best Florist Head Office 1800 063 063. We will work with the sender  until we have a satisfactory outcome. We cannot however, offer any form of refund if a complaint is received more than 48 hours after delivery.

All prices on our website include the appropriate taxes.  


Australias Best Florist web-site is maintained daily and we ensure to the best of our ability that all prices are correct, on the rare occasion of a computer malfunction, we will manually adjust the price and email you of the price adjustment.

AUSTRALIAS BEST FLORIST reserves the right to reject any order they do feel is not appropriate, or are suspicious off or may not be a legal transaction.
